What is included in the monthly rent?
Your rent covers the lockable private cabin, high-speed Wi-Fi, AC, electricity, daily housekeeping, tea/snacks (2x daily), meeting room hours, admin support, storage space, and access to common areas like pantry, printer, and reception.
How long is the agreement? Is there a lock-in?
We offer an 11-month license agreement with:
- 6-month lock-in period
- 2-month notice period
- 3-month refundable deposit
All terms are clearly explained in your proposal.
Is the cabin really private, or shared?
Every cabin is fully enclosed and reserved only for your team. No seat sharing, no desk swapping your access, your key.
Is parking available?
Two-wheeler parking is free. Four-wheeler parking is limited and subject to availability. Please check with us before finalizing.
Can I place my company logo at the space?
Yes! You can place your company name on the reception signboard or your cabin door (vinyl print). Branding is optional, but recommended for visibility.
Can I use the address for business registration or GST?
Yes. For companies renting a cabin, the address can be used on your website, letterhead, visiting cards, and Google Maps. For GST or ROC purposes, let us know during onboarding.
What if I want to upgrade or expand later?
You can upgrade to a larger cabin or add another one at any time (subject to availability). We offer flexible transitions and internal relocation.
