Dedicated Desk – Common Questions
What is included in the monthly rent?
Your rent covers the lockable private cabin, high-speed Wi-Fi, AC, electricity, daily housekeeping, tea/snacks (2x daily), meeting room hours, admin support, storage space, and access to common areas like pantry, printer, and reception.
Is the desk always mine or shared with others?
No. Every dedicated desk is permanently assigned to one person. It’s yours and yours only for the entire duration of your plan.
How long is the agreement? Is there a lock-in?
We offer an 11-month license agreement with:
- 6-month lock-in period
- 2-month notice period
- 3-month refundable deposit
All terms are clearly explained in your proposal.
Can I leave my belongings at the desk?
Yes! That’s one of the key perks. Leave your monitor, laptop stand, files, or even a plant—it’s a fixed workspace meant to feel like your own.
Is parking available?
Two-wheeler parking is free. Four-wheeler parking is limited and subject to availability. Please check with us before finalizing.
Can I place my company logo at the space?
Yes! You can place your company name on the reception signboard or your cabin door (vinyl print). Branding is optional, but recommended for visibility.
Is there any privacy at the desk?
Yes. Our pods are designed with dividers between desks, giving you visual privacy and helping reduce distractions without the isolation of a private cabin.
Do I get meeting room access?
Yes, you’ll get default 1 hours/month for each desk. You can also book extra hours at 50% discounted member rates.
Can I upgrade to a private cabin later?
Absolutely. Many of our solo users start with a dedicated desk and move into cabins as their team grows. Just let us know and we’ll guide you through availability.
Can I use this address for business registration or GST?
No. Dedicated desk plans don’t include virtual office rights. If you need address usage for GST or ROC registration, please ask us about our Virtual Office service.
